Former Crest Nicholson development manager Chris Huntly-Gordon has joined developer HUB as head of acquisitions.

In his new role he will take on responsibility for acquiring privately-owned land for development and leading on public sector regeneration opportunities.

Huntly-Gordon joins HUB after seven years at Crest Nicholson where he worked as part of the regeneration team to acquire, manage and deliver mixed-use schemes with a combined value of over £1bn.

Huntly-Gordon confirmed one of his first moves in his new role be will be attending this year’s RESI Convention in Newport, Wales on 12-14 September to explore new opportunities for HUB.

Earlier this year, HUB and landowner Smedvig submitted plans to redevelop The Landing site in the centre of Maidenhead. The developer was originally set up in 2011 through real estate investment incubator Squarestone.
