We hope to see the green shoots of recovery restoring some positive impetus to the London market.
This will lead to more deals and London re-establishing itself as the pre-eminent provider of services worldwide. Commercial office supply is still at a historic low so even a small increase in demand will see incentive packages reduce and potentially some rental growth in the medium term.
Resolution: To continue to head GN2 into increasing growth as tenants and investors look for experienced advice and help in navigating the central London market in turbulent times. On a personal note, I hope to continue to act for signature occupiers and to add Manolo Blahniks to my growing collection of stilettos!
